• Experience working as a Salesforce Developer

• Salesforce experience in B2B markets, as well as indirect channel selling

• Learn the business, and in the most efficient, easy-to-use way; develop Salesforce and Pardot to meet the growing needs of the business.

• In addition to sales, this candidate must have experience building and optimizing Salesforce to meet the growing needs of tech support, customer service, catalog management and new product development. Job Duties

• Develop an understanding of core business functions across all business departments

• Project scoping, developing project requirements, working cross-functionally to successfully project manage various projects and initiatives

• Interface with company executives and associates in supporting their daily functions on the Salesforce. com platform

• Help design, implement, document, and maintain system processes

• Develop and create customized reports and dashboards

• Perform administration and support of the Salesforce software by setting up new users, assigning permissions, working with central Business systems in creating or updating fields, page layouts, workflows, and process builders

• Support training to new and existing employees on how to use system functionality, cleaning up unused fields, reports, and dashboards

• Play a key role in the implementation of newly purchased apps and products within the Salesforce ecosystem working with Business systems

Consistently look for ways to improve systems for the benefit of internal users and/or customers by sitting with our employees to better understand their workflow

• Document user requirements, complete user acceptance testing

Job Requirements

• 5 Years of previous Salesforce experience

• CPQ experience

• Pardot, Lightning, APEX experience

• Strong self-starter attitude and desire to grow professionally within the Salesforce ecosystem

• Positive urgency

• Ability to handle issues yourself and lead projects through to success

• Results driven

• A degree in Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a similar major is preferred

• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred

• Functional knowledge of the different ways to control permissions within Salesforce with profiles and permission sets as well as automation tools such as workflow and process builder

• PowerBI skills

Catalog Specialist

The overall purpose of this position is to support a growing catalog of computer peripherals through content management. The candidate would be proficient in Excel and be capable of learning key attributes of various product offerings to be able to determine the basis for assigned attributes. A proactive and reactive approach is necessary to not only maintain our current catalog but to also fulfill the needs of immediate requests.


  • Send setup sheets to distribution channels

Consulting Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented Networks Field System Engineer to work in the MSO (Cable), Internet Service Provider and Data Center space. This position will team with Sales account teams in a technical role supporting the teams managing multiple accounts and facilitating the sale of products and solutions. In addition to technical aptitude and staying current in an evolving industry, the ideal candidate's interpersonal, presentation and communication skills will help to build mindshare and technical capabilities with key partners. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive sales environment is essential.


  • Ensure effective coordination and support AddOn account teams for pre/post sale technical resources
  • Develop and maintain trusted professional relationships with customer technical leadership and engineers involved with planning and implementing initiatives, projects, deployments, etc.
  • Provide technical enablement to all customers, including product and solution training, roadmap updates, hands-on training, and developing;/producing product demonstrations.
  • Communicate highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including customer engineers and technical decision makers.
  • Take ownership of high priority or sensitive customer issues, ensuring prompt, satisfactory resolution to the issue by using a systematic approach and assembling appropriate technical resources.
  • Understand and influence customer requirements and translate them to company solutions.
  • Proofs-of-Concept (PoC) and test plans overview, preparation during appropriate sales stage.
  • Compile detailed Product Verification Report (PVR) to provide product certification to internal organizations and external customers.
  • Product demos, Bill-of-Materials (BoM), solution proposal, and RFI/RFP support.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services, as well as industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as required.


  • Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience with large-scale service provider network operations, design, and/or complex enterprise and evolution with a topical understanding of private/public/hybrid IT business models.
  • Working knowledge [hands-on preferred] and deep understanding of data networking infrastructures, architectures, concepts, and associated technologies: Route/Switch L2/L3, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing Protocols (BGP/ISIS/OSPF, etc.), MPLS, LDP, L2/L3 VPN, Multicast, CL, FW.
  • Working knowledge of DWDM/CWDM optical transport systems, switches, routers, modules, platforms in major network equipment such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Ciena, Nokia/ALU, etc. DOCSIS CMTS, Edge QAM, Outside Plant, and HFC understanding a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, collaborative work skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills, presentation, and time-management skills.
  • Strong personality with leadership skills working in complex matrix external organizations.
  • Strong presence and credibility to be proven at customer sites and internally.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Will ideally have a solid understanding of optical transceiver, optic form factors, optical technologies, and higher order modulations used in relevant data or telecommunication applications.
  • Relevant vendor certifications: Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Arista, or other industry certificates are beneficial.


This position requires some regional and international travel. Some short notice, overnight, weekend travel may be required due to customer needs.
